3. Proceso de compra y pago

- Billing: inmediato tras confirmación de la entidad de pago
- Tournaments: the registration is linked to the team, roster and conditions visible in the tournament sheet
4. Alta del servicio
Membership is activated when the payment appears authorized and completed. In tournaments, registration is confirmed when the charge is validated on the platform.
5. Cancelaciones y devoluciones
Payment incidents, cancellations, refunds and review requests are handled by support according to the nature of the contracted service.
6. Política de envío y activación
The marketed services are digital. There is no physical shipping. Activation is performed on FECOD after payment confirmation.
7. Derecho de desistimiento
It will apply when legally appropriate, with the limitations provided by current regulations for digital services.
